I have over twenty five years of experience in the insurance industry covering areas from operations, sales, underwriting, management and senior leadership.  The last ten plus years were spent in senior leadership with executive P&L oversight of Commercial and Medicare blocks of business driving profitable growth for my organizations.

Extensive background in underwriting analytics and best practices, building and leading best in class underwriting and sales teams at multiple organizations.  Teams that drove not only operating gain but focused on sales growth as well.  Thorough understanding of the needed give and take of a successful relationship between sales, underwriting and operations.  Extensive work with actuarial and finance teams to provide analytical modeling such as forecasting tools, provider aligned incentive models and more.
